What Is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy involves a process of adapting yoga very specifically to the various needs of an individual over time. This uniquely ancient and therapeutic approach is for people, including those who assume they can’t ‘do yoga,’ in all stages of wellness. Yoga Therapy can address a broad range of physical, mental, and emotional concerns. Your personal goals can be approached through this process, so please consider what you are seeking prior to your first consultation. Following the consultation, your teacher will design an appropriate practice, which you will be asked to do at home on a regular basis. After a series of weekly visits, the duration of time between appointments will increase, until you may be seen once monthly, or even every other month for practice refinement.

After your appointment is confirmed, you initial consultation must be paid for online. We require 24 hours cancellation notice for your Initial Consultation and for Individual Therapy Classes. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment we will retain a $40 fee for the inconvenience. You can apply the remaining $45 to your next class. We take this process seriously, and we wish for you to, as well.
